Cassian’s Legionella Risk Assessment processes have been designed to reflect the British Standard BS8580.  Our risk assessment format has been developed with the client in mind, such that the interpretation and overall digestibility of the report allows those with responsibility to easily identify, qualify and react to areas that may be of concern.

The Risk Assessment includes a full appraisal of any existing control scheme, condition assessment, temperature profiling and where required and previously agreed, a schematic drawing of the water systems will be produced.

 

Our risk assessments use a visual ‘slider’ risk profiler so that it is easy to see ‘at a glance’ the significance of your risk level.  We have formulated a clear Priority Identifier (PI) that visually indicates the impact of an observation and thus helps in prioritising the reactive works.

The process from beginning to end ensures regular but appropriate communication with the client, from proposal through on-site assessment, report production and finally report presentation.
